🔒 Account Deletion Request – Stress Free App

We value your privacy and understand that you may wish to delete your account.

If you want to permanently delete your account from the Stress Free App, please follow the steps below:

📧 How to Request Account Deletion :

Please include the following information in your email:

 Full Name

Registered Mobile Number or Email ID

 Subject : "Request to Delete My Stress Free App Account"

⏳ Processing Time:

Your account deletion request will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date we receive the complete request.

❗ Important Information: 

 Irreversible Action : Once deleted, all your data including counseling records, meditation history, competition details, and app activities will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Registered Email Requirement: Requests will be accepted only from the registered email ID used in the app.

Pending Services: Any active sessions, services, or contests will be automatically cancelled. Refunds (if any) are subject to our Refund Policy.

We may retain certain data as required by law or for internal security purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
