We are a private organization committed to youth emotional support and mental wellness. We do not claim to be a medical emergency or government institution.

2. No Guarantee of Life-Saving

Biyzen provides support services to reduce stress, improve mental well-being, and promote positive thinking. However:

We do not guarantee the prevention of suicide or life-saving outcomes.

Each case is unique, and responses vary from person to person.

We make best efforts to help individuals feel safe, supported, and motivated, but final outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

3. Qualified Counseling Team

Our counselors include professionals from different experience levels:

From fresh interns to experts with 10+ years of experience.

They are trained to handle student and youth-related stress and emotional concerns. We ensure regular evaluations and quality control for all counseling sessions.

4. Meditation Competitions

Biyzen organizes wellness and meditation-based competitions for motivation and mental growth.

Winners are chosen as per declared rules and terms.

Final decisions rest solely with Biyzen management.

No objections, claims, or legal challenges will be entertained regarding results

Any kind of malpractice may lead to immediate disqualification.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

Any adverse emotional or physical outcomes.

Missed sessions due to technical errors, internet issues, or participant unavailability.

Any decision taken by a client outside our guidance

For emergency or severe mental health conditions, users are advised to consult local hospitals or certified psychiatric professionals.

6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

All information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential. Reports are shared only with:

Parents (if permitted)

Institute (with consent

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to our official Refund Policy, available on our website. Once a service begins or session is allotted, refunds may not be applicable. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jamui, Bihar, where our company is registered.
