Relex is a home therapy booking application operated by BIYZEN Youth Services Pvt Ltd.
By using the Relex mobile application, you agree to the following terms, privacy practices, and refund rules.

Mobile number (login verification)
Address / location for service delivery
Booking details

Automatic Data

App usage activity
Crash logs
Notification token
We do not access your contacts, photos, media files, or personal storage.

Create your account
Book and manage therapy sessions
Assign therapy partner
Send booking updates & notifications
Provide customer support
Improve service quality
Prevent fraud or misuse
We never sell user data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We may share limited data only with:
Assigned therapy partner (name, address, booking time)
Technical providers (servers & notification services)
Authorities if required by law
4. Location Usage
Location is used only to:
Check service availability
Send nearest therapy partner
Location tracking stops after service completion.
5. Notifications
Users may receive notifications related to bookings and service updates.
Notifications can be disabled anytime from device settings.
6. Booking, Cancellation & Refund
Full Refund
Cancellation before partner assignment
Cancellation within 5 minutes of booking
Partial Refund
Cancellation after partner assignment but 1 hour before schedule
No Refund
Partner reached location
Service started or completed
Wrong address provided
User unavailable
If service is cancelled by Relex → full refund in 5–7 working days.
Failed payments are automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
7. Service Disclaimer
Relex provides relaxation therapy services only and does not replace medical or clinical treatment.
8. User Responsibility
Users must:
Provide correct address
Maintain respectful behavior
Ensure safe environment for partner
Misconduct may lead to permanent account suspension.
9. Children Usage
Service intended for users above 18 years or under guardian supervision.
10. Data Deletion
Users may request account or data deletion anytime by contacting support.
11. Changes
We may update this policy anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
